For current DX on the air now - see our homepage here. March 16, 2015 - Latest News From E30FB: (Thank you to DX-World.net) "As we are about to start our last day,
our goal of 60,000 contacts is within reach. The team worked very hard last night to
satisfy the need for 30, 40 and 160 meter contacts. We will continue to do so tonight. On
Tuesday at 0900 UTC, we will make our last contact and QRT for our tear down of antennas
and stations. All logs will be uploaded to ClubLog before we depart from Asmara tomorrow
night. Our QSL Manager, Tim-M0URX will investigate all requests for missing contacts. If
you wish to donate to support E30FB, you can do so at our PayPal address of
jh1ajt@fgc.or.jp OQRS is live
here Thank you, The E30FB Team! " ------------------------------- Here's a very brief YouTube video of E30FB asking for "NA" only:
Previous
UPDATE March 7 19:39 UTC: The team had originally stated
that they would op SSB (this weekend) only on the WARC bands but have apparently changed
plans and are working 10M SSB right now. Previous
UPDATE March 7 14:00 UTC: Cluster spots continue to have
erroneous posts - best to make sure of who you are working before logging it - it's the
ARRL DX SSB contest this weekend and they will not be working the contest.
Previous UPDATE March 6, 17:00 UTC : Team member Paul (N6PSE) says that at 15:00z, E30FB was QRV on two bands - with two more to be added soon. The internet connection there is "very problematic" so uploads to ClubLog may be impacted. (Thank you to DX-World.net) Previous UPDATE:
March 6, 12:00 UTC - team has arrived and will set up later today for QRV - will be active
on CW (15-20-30-40 plus 12/17 SSB) during the ARRL SSB DX contest this weekend. Other
bands will come later. Using same call (E30FB) as last operation - unclear if ClubLog will
be used for this op or not. Will advise as info becomes available. (Thank you to DX-World.net) From Press Release #1 By JH1AJT- Y. Zorro Miyazawa: "The SEISA/Foundation for Global Children
